JeanBags are practice juggling beanbags that you can make from recycled blue jeans.

The simple one-piece pattern you can download here is designed for quick assembly as a group project or just to make sturdy, inexpensive juggling props for beginner lessons. Plus you can use the project as a springboard to discuss geometric shapes, recycling, or just to practice basic tracing, cutting, and sewing skills.

When the project is finished you'll be ready to enjoy the benifits of juggling by teaching juggling as part of your PE program or starting a juggling club!

For younger or challenged students try these Warm-Up Exercises to build motor skills and confidence. Learn how Juggling in the Classroom can even make better students!
